Man with axe attacks diners at 3 New Zealand restaurants, wounds 4 – National | 24CA News
Four individuals have been hospitalized in New Zealand after a person armed with an axe started attacking diners at random at three neighboring Chinese eating places, in keeping with police and witnesses.
Police stated the person started the assault at about 9 p.m. native time Monday within the north Auckland suburb of Albany. They stated they arrested a 24-year-old suspect on the scene and had charged him with wounding and aspiring to trigger grievous bodily hurt. Police didn’t instantly provide a motive for the assault.
