Canadian home sales drop 40 per cent in February compared with year ago

OTTAWA –

The Canadian Real Estate Association says properties gross sales in February dropped 40 per cent in contrast with a 12 months in the past.

The drop comes as nationwide house gross sales rose 2.3 per cent in February in contrast with January.
