Amazon failed to record some warehouse injuries

A federal company says it cited Amazon for failing to correctly file work-related accidents at six of its warehouses.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration mentioned Friday that it made 14 citations towards the corporate throughout inspections that occurred over the summer season at warehouses in New York, Florida, Illinois,
Colorado and Idaho. OSHA says the citations had been for failing to file or misclassifying accidents and sicknesses, not recording them inside the required time and never giving the company “timely” information of such issues.
Amazon says there might need been a “small number of administrative errors” over time, however it feels assured within the numbers reported to the federal government.
