Netherlands midfielder Xavi Simons has left PSV Eindhoven to finish a switch to Ligue 1 champions Paris St Germain, the Eredivisie membership introduced on Sunday.
The former Barcelona academy participant made a transfer to PSV on a five-year deal from PSG final 12 months upon the expiry of his contract.
