White Sox slugger Luis Robert Jr. out of All-Star Game due to calf tightness

SEATTLE (AP) — Chicago White Sox slugger Luis Robert Jr. won’t play within the All-Star Game on Tuesday night time after feeling tightness in his proper calf through the Home Run Derby.

The White Sox stated that Robert underwent an MRI in Seattle and is listed as day-to-day. The staff stated Robert felt the tightness within the calf through the opening spherical and won’t play within the All-Star Game as a precaution. Robert will likely be evaluated earlier than the White Sox restart the season on Friday in Atlanta.
