SEATTLE — The Mariners have to pile up wins to get the place they need to be within the American League playoff race, and Friday night time’s dramatic come-from-behind 3-2 victory over the Blue Jays at a raucous T-Mobile Park might be the momentum builder they’ve been searching for.
