St. Louis starter Jordan Montgomery leaves game vs. White Sox with apparent injury

CHICAGO (AP) — St. Louis Cardinals starter Jordan Montgomery abruptly left Friday evening’s sport in opposition to the Chicago White Sox within the fifth inning with an obvious damage.

With St. Louis holding a 5-1 lead and with one out and a 2-1 depend on White Sox hitter Elvis Andrus, Montgomery tapped the again of his proper leg along with his glove.
