Brantley returns to Astros after missing 14 months with shoulder injury

BOSTON (AP) — Michael Brantley returned from the injured record Tuesday by the Houston Astros and performed his first main league recreation in 14 months.

The 36-year-old outfielder began in left area and batted sixth in opposition to the Boston Red Sox.
