Astros hire longtime executive Dana Brown as general manager
HOUSTON (AP) — Dana Brown was employed Thursday as the final supervisor of the Houston Astros.

Brown replaces James Click, who was not given a brand new contract and parted methods with the Astros simply days after they gained the World Series.
Brown spent the final 4 seasons because the vp of scouting for the Atlanta Braves.

Brown labored for the Blue Jays from 2010-18 as a particular assistant to the final supervisor. From 2001-09 he labored as director of scouting for the Nationals/Expos.
