Some business house owners alongside Edmonton’s Whyte Avenue are airing their frustrations over the state of windrows in entrance of their shops.

“People have been getting stuck in it, people have been falling over it — it’s ridiculous,” stated S&M High Fidelity proprietor Mike Harlow.

The windrow in entrance of Harlow’s Whyte Ave audio retailer has result in a mountain of issues.

“It’s amazingly frustrating and its costing us money,” Harlow stated.
