Bakery provider Canada Bread Co. just lately filed its personal assertion of defence within the class-action go well with, through which it denied collaborating in a wide-ranging conspiracy to repair the value of bread.

In June, Canada Bread admitted to 4 counts of price-fixing below the Competition Act and was fined $50 million.
