An evacuation order for a rockslide that occurred in B.C.’s Interior final week can be rescinded on Friday morning.
The Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS) says it has obtained a report on the slide, which occurred on Monday, Jan. 16, close to Keremeos and broken an RV park.

Two massive boulders got here crashing down, with one hitting a trailer and the opposite touchdown in an empty lot. No one was injured within the incident which noticed Highway 3 bear a short lived closure.
An evacuation order was rapidly issued, affecting dozens of individuals at Eagle RV Park and Campground on tenth Avenue.
The order, although, can be rescinded on Friday at 10 a.m.
The RDOS says the report, ready by Ecora Engineering & Resource Group Ltd., gives info to help property house owners and residents in making an knowledgeable choice about their subsequent steps.
Further, an Emergency Support Services (ESS) centre that had been opened at Victory Hall in Keremeos is now closed.
