It was undoubtedly one of many highlights of this spring for some fortunate Calgary seniors.
Residents of the Fountains of Mission care dwelling loved a go to from members of the Calgary Parrot Club, stopping in with their wonderful feathered associates.
The seniors have had canine come for visits, however this was the primary time they’d welcomed parrots.
“Oh, it’s just awesome!” care dwelling resident Lorraine Kovacs mentioned.
The go to was plenty of enjoyable for the seniors and an ideal day for the parrots.
“The birds are highly intelligent, so it’s good for them to meet other people,” the Calgary Parrot Club’s Brian Ford mentioned. “It’s just something outside of the house.”
