Hydro worker injured while restoring power in Ajax, Ont.  | 24CA News

A hydro employee suffered accidents throughout a severe incident on Friday evening, making an attempt to revive energy to residents in Ajax, Ont.

Durham Regional Police advised Global News a male hydro employee was injured and brought to hospital round 9 p.m. on Friday. He was a part of a workforce making an attempt to revive energy in Ajax following an outage.

A spokesperson for Elexicon Energy mentioned the person was injured in a “serious workplace incident.”

Neither the power firm nor police might verify the extent of the person’s accidents.
