The lawyer for a former Liberal member of the Nova Scotia legislature says his consumer intends to plead responsible to a cost of impaired driving.
Don Murray appeared in Halifax provincial courtroom on behalf of Hugh MacKay, former member for Chester-St. Margaret’s, to point his consumer will seem on Feb. 22 earlier than Judge Ann Marie Simmons to formally enter a responsible plea.
