Willing stated there’s no rhyme or cause to the outages — some homes are affected whereas others aren’t. The occurrences have brought about points for residents.
“Like when I’m doing laundry, or when I’m trying to cook or with the cars going in and out of the garage. It’s just really frustrating,” stated Jaymee Davis, who’s lived in Bath along with her household since 2016.
