A 60-year-old lady has died after being hit by somebody driving a automobile in Cape Breton Tuesday afternoon.
In a launch, Cape Breton Regional Police stated the collision occurred on Terry Way between the Cape Breton Regional Hospital and Churchill Drive in Membertou.
It stated officers responded round 2:45 p.m. and the pedestrian was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Traffic security investigators and forensic identification officers attended the scene and are investigating the reason for the collision.
The launch stated the sufferer’s id won’t be launched presently, pending notification of next-of-kin.
