StatCan to release July inflation report this morning

Statistics Canada is ready to launch its July shopper worth index report this morning.


Forecasters count on inflation ticked up final month, as gasoline costs rose.


Canada’s annual inflation fee tumbled to 2.8 per cent in June, falling again to the Bank of Canada’s goal vary for the primary time since March 2021.
