Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce is urging three lecturers’ unions to conform to a deal that avoids a strike.
Last week, the province and the union that represents English highschool lecturers agreed to barter till the top of October and ship excellent points to arbitration.
Lecce says he desires to make the identical cope with the unions for elementary lecturers, Catholic highschool and elementary lecturers and lecturers within the French system.
He says that will permit negotiations to happen for 2 extra months earlier than going to arbitration.
