Ottawa’s light-rail transit service has totally resumed after a month-long hiatus.

A fleet of between 9 to 13 single-car trains — various with ridership peaks — will run alongside everything of the LRT’s east-west line for the remainder of August.

Service was abruptly halted in the midst of rush hour on July 17 after a security challenge with a practice’s wheel hub meeting was found throughout a routine inspection.

The metropolis’s transit supplier dedicated to an in depth inspection of each automobile and initially mentioned the LRT can be again on monitor by July 31.
