B.C. Amber Alert: Missing kids were found in Alberta | 24CA News
Investigators with Surrey RCMP stated the 2 lacking kids, topics of an 11-day Amber Alert, have been present in Alberta.
Mounties stated the kids have been discovered on a rural property simply exterior of the city of Edson, Alta., round 7:20 p.m. Saturday.
Three adults have been detained on the property as effectively, together with the mom and her boyfriend.
Abduction fees have been laid in opposition to the mom and her boyfriend in relation to the incident. They stay in custody at the moment.
“The children were taken to their father who was waiting with investigators at a local detachment in Alberta,” Cpl. Vanessa Munn stated, with Surrey RCMP.
“The property there were on was secured for a full search to be conducted (Sunday).”
During the 11-day search, police stated 435 ideas have been acquired from the general public, starting from throughout B.C. and Alberta.
“The children have been reunited with their family, who are extremely grateful,” Munn stated.
“This is the outcome we have all been hoping for and it is the direct result of the hard work and perseverance of the investigative team.”
