A B.C. truck driver is being hailed as a hero after he stopped a transferring automobile whose driver was affected by a medical emergency.
On July 19, Jaspreet Singh was on Annacis Island and turning off Highway 91 to Cliveden Avenue East when the automobile in entrance of him out of the blue stopped within the street.

“That’s great to hear,” he mentioned.
“We like it when the public helps each other out, obviously. And in this case, there were no injuries and everybody was safe at the end, which is nice.”
Singh mentioned he doesn’t really feel like a hero, he simply did what he wanted to do within the second to cease an accident from occurring.
“I think anyone in my position would have done the same thing,” he mentioned. “I would hope so.
“I was there at the right time, right place. I’m just glad that nobody got hurt.”
