Blue Jays prospect Spencer Horwitz gets weekly nod for batting .536 with Bisons
Toronto Blue Jays prospect Spencer Horwitz has been named the International League Player of the Week, due to a six-game collection that noticed him go 15 for 28 and hit .536.
Horwitz, who was chosen by the Blue Jays within the twenty fourth spherical of the 2019 draft, had three homers and 9 RBI final week for the Buffalo Bisons, Toronto’s AAA-affiliate. That included a five-hit recreation.
