Body found off Battersea Road, Kingston police say death not suspicious – Kingston | 24CA News

Kingston police say a 44-year-old man was discovered lifeless off of Battersea Road Thursday, inflicting a bit of the street to shut.

Police say they have been referred to as to the world of Battersea and Kingston Mills roads round 9:30 a.m. after receiving a report from a City of Kingston worker driving by.

The City of Kingston confirmed Thursday {that a} rubbish truck driver was a witness within the investigation.

According to police, an unidentified man’s physique was discovered within the ditch together with the street.

The investigation was taken over by Kingston police. Investigators say there was no foul play and the reason for loss of life isn’t being handled as suspicious.
