Fifth and final suspect in Byron Bear homicide arrested by Prince Albert police  | 24CA News

Prince Albert investigators have mentioned the ultimate suspect within the murder of Byron Bear was arrested on Tuesday by Prince Albert police.

Bear, 27, was reported lacking by his household on Dec. 7, 2021.

Prince Albert police consider Bear was concerned in a critical incident the day prior to this at a house within the 300 block of ninth Street East, saying there was proof of a critical assault.

Bear’s stays have been present in a rural space close to Hague, Sask., 95 kilometres southwest of Prince Albert on Feb. 10, 2022.

Jackson Henry was charged with second-degree homicide on Tuesday and arrested from a residence within the unit block of Clarke Place.

He appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court Wednesday morning.

Four different people have been charged with second-degree homicide in relation to Bear’s dying, all arrested in 2022.
