Toronto police lets licence lapse for bar located inside its headquarters – Toronto | 24CA News
A bar positioned contained in the College Street headquarters of the Toronto Police Service has allowed its licence to serve alcohol lapse, the drive has introduced.
A spokesperson for Toronto police advised Global News that senior officers, who had entry to the bar, have been advised in regards to the change in May.

Toronto police mentioned the licence was “infrequently” used, and predominantly meant for formal capabilities together with retirements or internet hosting necessary guests.
“Moving forward, the Service will apply for a Special Occasions Permit from the AGCO should we decide to host an event where alcohol may be served,” the spokesperson mentioned.
