Cardinals place Adam Wainwright, Andrew Knizner on injured list

MIAMI — The St. Louis Cardinals positioned right-hander Adam Wainwright and catcher Andrew Knizner on the injured checklist forward of Wednesday’s sport in opposition to the Miami Marlins.
