Federal minister LeBlanc calls changes to N.B.’s LGBTQ school policy a ‘mistake’  | 24CA News

A federal cupboard minister says it was a mistake for New Brunswick to alter the province’s coverage on sexual orientation in faculties.

Infrastructure Minister Dominic LeBlanc informed reporters right now in Fredericton that the adjustments to Policy 713 complicate issues for younger individuals and their households.

LeBlanc says he doesn’t suppose the extended and divisive debate within the legislature has been successful for Premier Blaine Higgs.

Two members of Higgs’ cupboard resigned this month after the federal government made it not necessary for lecturers to make use of most popular names or pronouns for transgender and nonbinary college students below 16, amongst different adjustments to Policy 713.
