Extended paid parking hours shelved throughout the summer in Montreal – Montreal | 24CA News

After backlash, new paid parking hours in Montreal’s downtown core are formally on ice till a minimum of the top of the summer season.

Mayor Valérie Plante mentioned the town is in dialogue with companions over its plan to increase the instances for paid parking meters as of late April, however it was in the end paused.

It’s a slight change from the present hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday by means of Friday, 9 a.m. to six p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. to six p.m. on Sundays.
