Two occasions in Kelowna, B.C., this weekend will end in a pair of non permanent street closures.
On Saturday, the Kelowna Pipe Band will maintain its annual Spring Fling at Waterfront Park. The a centesimal anniversary celebration will characteristic a downtown parade plus festivities.
