A second car this 12 months, together with human stays, is being recovered from Lake Ontario.
Drivers travelling on Loyalist Parkway, west of Amherstview, can count on to see a big police presence on the Collins Bay boat launch and close by Lake Ontario.
During the restoration of a car from the lake in January, police divers positioned one other car. During the followup investigation in April, it was decided that this car contained human stays and had been within the water for a few years. The identification of the deceased has not been decided.
Divers, assisted by different help items, together with OPP city search and rescue and OPP marine items, might be eradicating the stays Wednesday and the car might be lifted onto the barge Thursday.
The investigation by members of the Lennox and Addington OPP crime unit, below the course of the OPP legal investigation department, is ongoing.
Motorists are requested to not cease alongside Highway 33, as this might pose a security risk to themselves and different drivers.
