Camper injured during evening hike near Okanagan Lake  | 24CA News

Central Okanagan Search and Rescue rescued an injured camper Sunday morning from Buchan Bay alongside the east shore of Okanagan Lake.

According to COSAR, two feminine campers have been mountain climbing by means of Okanagan Mountain Park to Buchan Bay when considered one of them injured herself Saturday night.

The two campers spent the night time tending to the harm. In the morning, the injured feminine realized she couldn’t stroll they usually each referred to as RCMP, who contacted COSAR.

COSAR responded with a rescue boat and 4 members. Two different members remained at incident command.

The boat group reached the campers and the injured lady was then transported to hospital.
