Spring cleanup is starting round Saskatoon as metropolis employees begin upkeep work for parks and open areas.
The metropolis mentioned it has over 2,000 hectares of land it’ll be engaged on, noting that employees begin work mid-April.
Litter, branches and leaves will likely be cleaned up round parks, spring run-off will likely be pumped out of low-lying areas, and park-front sidewalks and boulevards will likely be swept.
