Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the federal authorities goes to work as constructively as doable with Alberta after lawmakers handed Premier Danielle Smith’s controversial sovereignty act.
The legislature handed the laws in a single day after stripping out a provision that will have granted the provincial cupboard extraordinary powers.
