A pair of recent landlords have been left with the cleanup invoice of a property they’ve owned for lower than six months.
“November 2022, we bought this property, we really loved this property, and we thought, ‘Yeah, we should invest in this property,’” Monika Yadav mentioned, noting she and her associate deliberate to boost their future household of their new residence.

“This time I have her number and I can say, ‘Hey, could you check up on these people? Is there something going on?’” she mentioned.
“I don’t want to be snoopy and I don’t want to assume anything, right? Because the world’s a little crazy right now and people are on edge.”
Yadav mentioned she’s grateful to have the neighborhood rally across the abused residence.
“The community came up. They showed up. They helped us, so there are good people.
“We feel we have invested in the right place now.”
