Alberta’s Opposition NDP is promising as much as $200 million to create a post-secondary campus in downtown Calgary if it wins the upcoming election.

Leader Rachel Notley says the cash would go towards making a everlasting downtown campus to deliver companies, college students and researchers collectively for collaboration and to assist financial diversification.
