Kingston police are warning the general public about a person who’s believed to be driving a stolen car in a harmful method.
Police have responded to a number of incidents involving the person, who they are saying has been noticed working a automotive in a particularly harmful method. Police say the automotive is a stolen car.

Robert Sly-Day, 31, of Kingston, was final noticed sporting a flat-brim hat, black-hooded sweatshirt and black thick-rimmed eyeglasses.
