U.S. judge dismisses lawsuit against Saudi prince over Khashoggi killing | 24CA News

A U.S. federal decide in Washington on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by the fiancée of slain journalist Jamal Khashoggi towards Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, citing President Biden’s grant of immunity.

Khashoggi was killed and dismembered in October 2018 by Saudi brokers within the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, an operation which U.S. intelligence believed was ordered by Prince Mohammed, identified by his initials MbS, who has been the dominion’s de facto ruler for a number of years.

The prince has denied ordering Khashoggi’s killing however acknowledged later that it happened “under my watch.”
