President of French soccer club Angers steps down

ANGERS, France (AP) — Angers president Said Chabane has stepped right down to make approach for his son on the helm of the struggling French league membership.

Angers mentioned in a press release Wednesday that Chabane, who’s going through sexual assault accusations, resigned on March 21 to supply his place to Romain Chabane.
