Blue Jays bring back RHP Jay Jackson, place RHP Chad Green on 60-day IL
The Toronto Blue Jays made a pair of roster strikes Wednesday afternoon, agreeing to a one-year Major League contract with pitcher Jay Jackson and putting pitcher Chad Green on the 60-day injured checklist.
