Brooklyn announces Ben Simmons will not be coming back this season

Ben Simmons’ 2022-23 season has formally ended.

The 26-year-old gained’t play once more for the Nets this season, head coach Jacque Vaughn mentioned on Wednesday (AEDT).

Simmons will begin a rehab program for his ailing again.

Doctors haven’t really useful surgical procedure and a process is “not in sight,” in keeping with Vaughn.

“I want to coach Ben and I want to be able to push Ben to get back to all-defensive team and impact our team on both ends of the floor,” Vaughn mentioned. “So that’s definitely the goal going forward.”
