Calgary police issue warrant, seek info of murder suspect after tracking bracelet removed – Calgary | 24CA News
A warrant has been issued for a person after he didn’t present as much as a Calgary courtroom for sentencing in relation to a murder and after eradicating his monitoring bracelet.
Calgary police say Joseph Chlala, 22, was staying at a residence within the 100 block of Howse Common N.E. and was picked up on Thursday at round 9:40 a.m. by a gray Chevrolet Impala.
Chlala was beforehand charged with manslaughter with a firearm in relation to the dying of Christian Navos in Legacy in 2020. Chlala was resulting from seem in courtroom for sentencing on Thursday.
Sometime after he was picked up, police imagine Chlala eliminated his ankle bracelet that was a part of his bail circumstances. Police have been unable to find him and hope members of the general public can lend help.
Chlala is described as five-feet-five-inches tall with a heavy construct, brown hair and inexperienced eyes.
