Police officers and firefighters are on the scene of a partial constructing collapse in Toronto.
Capt. Bill Papaconstantinou of Toronto Fire stated crews have been investigating a collapse within the Signet and Fenmar drive space. The constructing is a industrial constructing.
The collapse was first reported in a tweet by Toronto police in a tweet. Officers stated it was known as in at round 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Papaconstantinou stated Toronto hearth was connecting with municipal engineers and inspectors to confirm the integrity of the constructing itself, which is situated at 80 Signet Drive.
No one was within the constructing when it collapsed and no accidents have been reported, he stated.
The reason for the collapse is unknown.
Toronto police stated that Signet Drive was closed from Fenmar Drive to Ormont Drive after the collapse was reported.
