In an e mail to Global News, Interior Health’s Danielle Cameron, government director of medical operations for Central Okanagan, mentioned “Interior Health is committed to being a good neighbour and we are doing everything we can, with the tools that we have, to prevent the congregation of individuals on the property outside the clinic on Pandosy Street.”

Cameron additionally said, “A collective effort from the community and other agencies is needed to provide alternate spaces for people to go during the day and to sleep at night – Interior Health’s top priority is to ensure individuals have access to health services and supports.”
