“We’ll look at how these [McKinsey] contracts have been done and we’ll look at the recommendations,” Treasury Board President Mona Fortier stated on Power & Politics Wednesday. “I think we have to be fair and look at what will come out of that exercise.”

Trudeau stated the contracts had been a part of authorities efforts to modernize and enhance public service supply. He stated the federal government is open to creating adjustments if essential.

“We will do a follow-up to make sure that it was done in the right way, and see if we need to modify or change the rules,” Trudeau stated.
