Dawn Walker, the Saskatoon lady accused of abducting her youngster and faking their deaths, has pleaded not responsible to all fees.

Dawn Walker, the Saskatoon lady accused of abducting her youngster and faking their deaths, has pleaded not responsible to all fees.

Walker, 48, and her youngster disappeared in late July. They had been present in Oregon 12 days after they’d been reported lacking and Walker was arrested.

She has been charged with offences together with abduction, fraud and identification theft.

Walker and Tara Boghosian, certainly one of her legal professionals, appeared in Saskatoon provincial courtroom by cellphone Thursday morning. Walker pleaded not responsible to all fees.

Earlier this week, Walker elected to have a trial by choose and waived her rights to a jury trial. She additionally waived her proper to a preliminary listening to.

A gathering for the choose and counsel to debate trial dates is scheduled for Feb. 15.

Walker is slated to be again in courtroom Feb. 16.

The trial is anticipated to final three weeks.
